Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
- Customers may be eligible to return products purchased from Rasava Jewels subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Conditions for Exchange
- Any product that needs to be exchanged/refunded must be shipped back to us in a proper packaging within 7 days from the date of delivery
- All exchanges will only be valid once per order only.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
RETURN NON ELIGIBILITY
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Minor color and design variation(s). All stone products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variations from the photographs on our website.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products brought during a sale or offer period
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Products without original tax invoice or certificate of authenticity
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong item is been shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rasavajewels@gmail.com
